We're ready to get started

Exciting news, I am going to be working in a group again! I will be working with the same partner I worked with in my last project, featuring the Christmas music video. Sean completed all of the work in the last project on time and we both collaborated greatly. Whenever we were confused about a task we worked together, using our problem-solving skills. This will be great moving forward and that is why I am choosing to work with him for this project. My group and I have already started brainstorming for this project which is already a good sign. In the last project, my partner displayed the great skill of responsibility. Not only did Sean complete his work, but completed all of his blogs on time, helped with research, and brainstormed ideas. With this extra help, we were able to use these ideas and incorporate them into our music video on time and achieve our grade. Sean has displayed great responsibility. Doing his own work when necessary, allowed both of us to have flexible schedules for the filming process. In the past, my partner has exhibited good grades, test scores, and many more. This alone could imply that Sean has worked hard to get to the point where he is at today as well as he takes pride in the work submitted. Choosing a bad partner can be detrimental to this project as they may not be able to support their own weight, often getting distracted which can delay me from doing my work. This project can be split up to be made much easier whenever having a participating group partner. This being said, Sean is the perfect description of a participating individual. I still can refer mainly to my last project for the efforts he put in. For instance, whenever one person was busy and was not available to film, we both came to an agreement on what we are still able to do to work toward our objective. He provided me with clips that he recorded on his own time and sent them to me so that we could finish up the time limit needed for the music video.  I cannot wait to see what is next to come in this project, my group and I are looking forward to it!
