 This website heavily focuses on opening scenes and sequences. As soon as the website loads the viewer is greeted with Michael Deforge interview about the site. It is followed below that with his top five opening sequences. His top 5 consist of she hulks, montage of top 10 best, Guillermo del toros cabinet of curiosities. The site also has a designers and studios tab with a drop down of hundreds of names. Another drop down of title sequences with hundreds of movies. You can even find movies on there several decades old. Along with a she hulks summary. The site has a classic section swell for classic opening sequences. instead of scrolling for a while they have the classic sequences noticeable.

Also packed with interviews which makes the art of the title website look weaker. This website also contains a detailed list about sequences and designers and studios. This site is also extremely easy to navigate because of the search bar unlike art of the title. The site also utilizes slide shows of many movies. With all the colors and proper set, up viewers are encouraged to view. They also included video games opening sequences. And a topic of the week for example " French Fridays". Along with a specific tab for student projects.

There is a Solution!

 It is currently Saturday. I woke up today with a text from my group member about what we're going to film. After the conversation concerning the parts about what is being filmed, I learned that my partner cannot film today either. My partner's schedule is very tight and relying on him is making it detrimental to me. Keeping in mind that this project is due very soon we still have not had anything filmed at this point. I am now getting anxious and frustrated about what my group and I are going to have to do now. My group members' tight schedule has truly made it a detriment to my time and future plans I had. Finally, my group member and I decided to film by ourselves. After we both film whenever possible, I will edit all of the clips to make it one sequence to flow smoothly with the music video. Creative Critical Reflection

  1. My commercial challenges conventions by the opening of a panning shot. I have used the luminescent light coming from the school board sign for realistic lighting. My film represents the student class, establishing students attending to school use the product. The location displays the environment that this product can be used in. My actor has shown, pants, shirt, backpack, and shoes to portray this. By implementing this as well as having some dramatic shots, it makes the viewer want the apparel to use, targeting students mainly but not limited to.  2. My product engages with the audience by grabbing their attention with various detail zoom shots, to panning. Showing off the brand, it shows the many uses that it has. This can be distributed in the real media text as it is visually appealing. Nowadays people have a lower attention span making fast pace videos with intense shots more interesting.  3. What’s the plan now?

    Nothing good comes easy. This is the quote keeping my motivation up. The reason I’m even thinking about this quote is because the filming dates are constantly being delayed. Unfortunately, not only does my group member and I have other work for classes but so we are busy in our daily lives. We are trying to come up with a solution so that we can accumulate together and film. We still need to look into a specific park to go to. Something along the lines next to our school or my partners house may work. It is important for it to be a spacious park so that the puppy can run around and play it’s part to act wild and free. The act of the dog being wild and free will irritate one of the characters, as mentioned in my script. This will be the introduction of the plot. My partner lives near the school.
