The Fun is about to Begin

My group and I are planning to film this music video soon. I currently am organizing where we are planning to go. For the music video I've chose a Christmas themed genre and I want to try and incorporate a festive spirit into it.   The main goal is to find a location that has lights, a Christmas tree, fake snow, etc. Luckily, it is beginning to close in on the holidays so public places should have these props and elements. After figuring out where my partner is located near we will be able to determine a place. As of now, I'm thinking about filming at a mall. Most malls have Christmas decorations around the holidays. Because it is an indoor mall, we are safe from harsh weather conditions that may occur or intervene during filming. If I go on the right day, Santa may be at the mall as he usually takes pictures and hands out candy canes to the kids. This will be perfect for the music video since it will then clearly direct what the video is going to be about. My partner and I have to still decide on a specific time when we will meet up and go. Picking the wrong time can harm production as there is very busy days and times at the mall. For instance, whenever the mall is busy it can cause distractions to the viewers as there'll be many people passing by or walking through the frame. Eliminating this will put ease on the audiences eyes and will allow them to follow along with the music video. So far, my partner and I have decided that we will  film on December 10th, which is a Saturday. We chose this day at the moment since he is busy with testing and the fact I have events coming up. Picking a day throughout the weekend can be risky since individuals are commonly freed up and go to the mall. Although if there is a bit of people I can incorporate some of them into the theme of the music video by including them as background actors or even influencing them to dance. After planning this, I am very excited to see how  filming turns out.
